Magli Realty Company Broker, Tom Magli, received a Bachelor's in Real Estate from Memphis State University and joined the family business soon after graduation. He served as president of the Williamson County Board of Realtors® and president of the Tennessee Real Estate Education Foundation and director of the Tennessee Association of Realtors®. Tom is a Certified Commercial Institute Member, CCIM, which is a coveted designation awarded after completion of strenuous coursework and testing on real estate market analysis and investment. He is the recipient of numerous awards including Realtor of the Year from the Williamson County Association of Realtors® and Educator of the Year from the Tennessee Association of Realtors®. On the weekends, if Tom is not working around his farm in south Franklin or showing property, you can often find him riding horses, fox hunting, shooting sporting clays, or fishing the Duck River.
